Adolescent and Adult Counseling
I provide individual and/or family therapy to assist you and/or your loved one. I have worked with clients in a variety of settings; utilizing art, music, and talk therapy. Together we will customize your care to achieve your goals.

Seems as though many of us would agree with this statement. How many of us feel as though we have overcommitted ourselves? Go ahead and admit it, no one is looking. Our plates are full yet we continue to pile on more. We have no sense of life balance anymore. We have forgotten that this balance is not just needed but essential for our happiness and our well-being. By maintaining this harmony we can concentrate and focus, achieve our goals, and improve our life success. Big question..... HOW? How do we do get this balance back? Together we will work on goals to achieving life balance by making small changes over time. We will tackle life's challenges together.
